I Benched Press 200lbs 12 Reps


I am not bragging, I am thrilled I finally was able to do something like this.  It means my strength is increasing.  I am also noticing I am starting to build the pectoral muscles in my chest.  This is great, because I thought all hope was lost.  I am starting to see weight loss and starting to become a little leaner.  The hard word is starting to pay off.  I have change what I eat as well.  I believe that has a lot to do with the results.  I am eating more vegetables, no bread, no fried foods, no soda’s, no juice.

The one thing I consume is water and water in with my pre-workout.  I take nothing else.  I am going to work on learning a healthier way and getting very serious on changing my life style.

One of the great things about watching your own video, is you get to correct your own form and technique.  I noticed I was leaning on my right side.  That’s something I have to work on.
